Small Dishes: Breakfast with Heart

- 4 piece Free range eggs
- 4 Discs Toast
- 40 g Clarified butter
- Using a pastry cutter, (heart), cut out the previously toasted white bread. Heat some clarified butter in a pan, place the frame (heart) in the pan, add the egg, fry slowly, then use a spatula to insert it into the prepared toast. Season to taste with a pinch of salt and paprika powder. If necessary, keep the toast warm in the oven at 50-70 °.
