Spice Mandarins

The perfect spice mandarins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Mandarins
  • 400 g Sugar
  • 3 Cinnamon sticks
  • 6 Star anise
  1. Peel the mandarins and remove all white threads. Bring the sugar to the boil with 1/2 l water, cinnamon sticks and star anise, let simmer for about 1 minute. Pull from the stove.
  2. Add the mandarins to the stock and cover with the lid to cool. Serve with the brew.
  3. Taste good with ice cream or just with whipped cream.
