Spice Mandarins
The perfect spice mandarins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 8 Mandarins
- 400 g Sugar
- 3 Cinnamon sticks
- 6 Star anise
- Peel the mandarins and remove all white threads. Bring the sugar to the boil with 1/2 l water, cinnamon sticks and star anise, let simmer for about 1 minute. Pull from the stove.
- Add the mandarins to the stock and cover with the lid to cool. Serve with the brew.
- Taste good with ice cream or just with whipped cream.
