Ingredients

Instructions
Preparation:
- Peel the carrots, cut off the ends and separate them into fine sticks.
Chicken strips or breast
- Chicken strips, cut into finer strips. Marinate meat with soy sauce and put in the fridge (I 4 hours)
Blanch the carrots

- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, season to taste.
- Brush with egg yolk and fill with the ingredients.
