Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Filo pastry
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Bean sprouts canned
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 Soy sauce dark
  • 350 g Chicken strips

  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 can Roasted cashew nuts
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Instructions
 

Preparation:

  • Peel the carrots, cut off the ends and separate them into fine sticks.

Chicken strips or breast

  • Chicken strips, cut into finer strips. Marinate meat with soy sauce and put in the fridge (I 4 hours)

Blanch the carrots

  • Put on the water, add a pinch of sugar, blan the carrots in it, quench, drain and allow to cool.

Caramelize

  • Put the honey on top and add the nuts, caramelize lightly and let cool.

Spring onions :

  • Cut the ends, cut into small pieces

Filo pastry

  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, season to taste.
  • Brush with egg yolk and fill with the ingredients.
  • Fold the package or simply twist it together at the top (with feeling). The packets take about 5 minutes.
