The perfect small packages recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Filo pastry
  • 2 Pc. Carrots
  • 1 Pc. Bean sprouts canned
  • 2 Pc. Spring onions
  • 1 Pc. Soy sauce dark
  • 350 g Chicken strips
  • 1 liter Salted water
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 Can Roasted cashew nuts
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 Pc. Egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Frying:

  • 2 pole Coconut oil
  • 1 Pc. Deep fryer

or :

  • Oven

Preparation:

  1. Peel the carrots, cut off the ends and separate them into fine sticks.

Chicken strips or breast

  1. Chicken strips, cut into finer strips. Marinate meat with soy sauce and put in the fridge (I 4 hours)

Blanch the carrots

Filo pastry

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, season to taste.
  2. Brush with egg yolk and fill with the ingredients.
  3. Fold the package or simply twist it together at the top (with feeling). The packets take about 5 minutes.
