Ingredients
- 100 g Pumpkin seeds
- 100 g Sunflower seeds
- 1 Egg Whites
- 0,5 tsp Fine sea salt
- 0,5 tsp Chilli (cayenne pepper)
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar or muscovado
Instructions
- Beat the egg whites until frothy. Mix all the spices and stir into the egg white. Finally fold in the seeds. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and roast in the preheated oven at 175 degrees (or convection 160 degrees) on the middle rack for about 15 minutes. Stir every now and then.
- Then let it cool down and store in airtight containers.
