Small pancakes with blueberries

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • ½ packet of vanilla sugar
  • some baking powder
  • some blueberries
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the berries in a bowl. Mix vigorously with a mixer until the batter is creamy. Heat a little oil in a pan. Using a ladle, add about 3 dollops of batter to the pan. Place a few blueberries on each pancake. Once the pancake is light brown on the bottom, flip it over and wait until it is light brown. If you prefer the pancakes a little darker, simply leave them in the pan a little longer. When the pancakes are done, place them on a plate and serve plain or sprinkled with sugar.
