Tomatoes with mozzarella and fine sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large tomatoes or 1 large bunch of cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • 1 pack of ready-made salad dressing mix (balsamic vinegar herbs)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp oil (walnut oil), can be omitted

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Slice or halve the tomatoes and arrange them on a large plate. Arrange the mozzarella on top. In a cup, combine the ready-made mix, the olive oil, and the walnut oil. Pour over the tomatoes and serve.
