Sweet snack – strawberry pancakes

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tsp, leveled flour
  • ½ tsp milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 80 g strawberries
  • 1 scoop of ice cream
  • some powdered sugar
  • some oil or butter for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk the egg, flour, milk, and sugar until smooth (this also works well without a mixer). Halve and slice the strawberries, and add them. Fry the finished batter in a pan with a little fat for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle the strawberry pancake with powdered sugar, decorate with ice cream, and serve hot.
