Small raspberry puff pastry casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • ½ pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
  • 200 g raspberries, frozen
  • 1 tsp raspberry jam
  • 250 g quark
  • 200 g yogurt
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

with quark and yoghurt

Thaw the raspberries and preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Roll out the puff pastry in a baking dish and spread with the jam. Mix the quark with yogurt, vanilla sugar, and custard powder. Spread this mixture on the puff pastry and top with the raspberries. If you like, sprinkle a little sugar on the raspberries. Bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Also delicious with other fruits, such as cherries or strawberries.
