Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 500 ml yogurt (coconut yogurt)
- 5 m.-large egg whites
- 60 g protein powder with vanilla or coconut flavor
- 20 g desiccated coconut
- 15 g cocoa powder
- 30 g cream cheese (Philadelphia Milka)
- n. B. Sweetener
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours 30 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 45 minutes
a frozen, low-carb yogurt-coconut cake with lots of protein
Blend the yogurt with the egg whites, protein powder, and half of the desiccated coconut until smooth. Add sweetener if desired. Pour half of the mixture into a bowl. Mix the remaining half with the cocoa powder and spread. Pour this over the first half and sprinkle with the remaining desiccated coconut. Place in the freezer for 3-4 hours and then serve.
