  • 1 Pair of discs Roast beef, smoked
  • 1 Lettuce heart (remainder)
  • 1 Bit Mozzarella (leftover)
  • Gourmet pepper
  • 1 Couple of drops *Biggi ‘s Gewürz – Thymianessig mit Lakritznote
  1. Cut smoked roast beef into thin slices according to taste. Garnish these on a small starter plate. Scatter the lettuce heart in strips and on top. Pull the rest of the mozzarella into pieces and distribute them as well. Sprinkle / drizzle with gourmet pepper and thyme vinegar with a note of liquorice.
