Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Roast beef
  • 200 g Cottage cheese
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Spring onion stick
  • 0,5 teaspoon Freshly grated horseradish
  • 0,5 Apple
  • 0,5 Cucumber slices
  • 1 Mini peppers
  • 1 Red onion rings
  • 1 teaspoon Chopped parsley
  • 1 Clementine

Instructions
 

  • Halve the avocado, drizzle with a little lime juice, core, cut into slices, peel and dice. Cut the spring onion into rings. Wash the apple, cut in half, core and cut into thin slices and drizzle with a little lime juice. Wash, clean and core the peppers and cut into rings. Peel and fillet the clementines.
  • Mix the cottage cheese with the avocado, horseradish and spring onion. Season to taste with salt and colored pepper.
  • Shape the roast beef slices into rolls and place them on the edge of a plate with the cucumber slices, clementine slices and apple slices. Put the cottage cheese in the center of the plate. Place the pepper rings around the cottage cheese.
  • Spread some onion rings and the parsley on the plate and add a little salt and pepper.
