Ingredients
 

  • 4 Minute steaks
  • Flour, egg, breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 150 g Vegetable mix frozen asian
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • Cumin
  • 0,5 pack Strained tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 1 small Diced onion
  • 0,25 liter Vegetable broth

Instructions
 

  • Wash the meat, season it vigorously and bread the egg and breadcrumbs in flour.
  • Fry vigorously on both sides in the pan. Remove from heat and let rest.
  • Fry the vegetables in the butter and stew until the liquid has evaporated,
  • Sauté the onion and the garlic in a drop of oil, deglaze with the stock and the tomatoes and season with a little sugar.
  • Now serve everything together with french fries.
