Gratinated Turkey Steaks with Fried Potatoes and Tomato Sauce

- 2 Packs Turkey steaks
- 2 Tomatoes
- 4 Discs Sliced cheese
- 12 Potatoes
- Tomato sauce
- Garlic powder, grill and steak spices, salt, pepper from the mill,
- Aromat, soy sauce, hot pepper for steaks
- Caraway, salt, pepper, rubbed rosemary, rubbed thyme, nutmeg,
- For potatoes.
- 1 Small piece Leek
- Marinate the meat in the spices and set aside.
- Boil the potatoes and then cut them into slices.
- Fry the meat and place on a tray. Cover with tomato slices and top with leek slices, cheese and bake in the oven to 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
- Season the potatoes and fry them in the meat stock until golden brown.
- Prepare the tomato sauce according to the instructions on the packet and serve with the steaks and fried potatoes.
