Small tarte flambée pockets made from puff pastry

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 roll of topping dough
  • 2 spring onions
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 2 slices of cooked ham or 100 g bacon cubes

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan/convection oven. Roll out the puff pastry and cut out small round discs with a glass. There must be an even number. The rest can be rolled up again and kneaded again. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and place half of the dough circles on it. Dice the spring onions and ham. Mix both with the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Spread this tarte flambée cream over the dough circles with a spoon, but not too much, or the cream will run out. Place the remaining dough circles on top of the others and press down lightly with a spoon. Break the egg in a bowl and whisk, then brush the puff pastry with it and sprinkle the grated cheese on the pastries. Bake for about 25 minutes.
