Small Tartlets Made from Cream Cheese!

The perfect small tartlets made from cream cheese! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kl. Cup Sugar
  • 2 Cans Mandarins
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 4 cups Cream
  • 1 packet Jello Woodruff to cook yourself
  • 2 300g packet Frisckäse
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • Chocolate to melt / or chocolate – decoration or whatever you like
  • 200 g Butter
  • 2 Package Ladyfingers
  • 12 small Dessert rings or 1 cake ring
  1. 2 Whip a cup of cream until stiff. to the side. Because the sugar from the cup with the juice of the mandarins and the jelly powder in a saucepan do not boil (the sugar should have dissolved)
  2. Mix the mandarins with the cream cheese in a bowl. Because add the cooled jelly juice! Fold in the whipped cream. Chill briefly.
  3. Chop up the biscuits (I always grind them so they are not too coarse). Melt the butter and add to the ground biscuits and mix. Then place the dessert rings or cake rings on a plate or baking tray (attention must fit in the refrigerator!) Put the biscuit mixture into the rings / ring and press firmly. (Divide up about a good tablespoon per small ring if over.)
  4. So when all of this is done! Let’s put the woodruff, tangerine cream cheese mass on the spoon and biscuit base. Then chill in the refrigerator! (until the mass is solid, about 3 hours or, best of all, prepare the day before)
  5. Remove the tartlets from the molds when they are firm (I push them up slowly and carefully from below!) Beat two cups of cream and 2 tablespoons of sugar until stiff. Garnish the tartlets with a large spout and a piping bag. Put the melted chocolate or ornament on the cream dots.
  6. Have fun doing it!
