Smoked fish soup with mackerel

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml water
  • 1 tsp, heaped chicken stock powder
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 100 g smoked mackerel(s)
  • e.g. parsley
  • some sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the water. Stir in the stock powder, then add the anchovy paste. Stir everything together and let it simmer over medium heat. Do not boil! Meanwhile, chop the fish and remove the bones. Add the fish pieces to the stock. Chop the parsley and add it. Season the soup with salt and pepper. Serve with a dollop of sour cream.
