Smoked Pork, Beans and Potatoes Casserole

  • 400 g Kasseler Kamm raw smoked
  • 250 g Freshly peeled potatoes
  • 200 g French beans
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Freshly grated nutmeg
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 50 g Grated cheese
  1. Roughly dice the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Cook the beans until they are al dente and rinse in cold water. Roughly dice the meat and fry well in the oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the excess fat from the pan. Dust the Kassler with flour, pour in the milk and cream while stirring to create a bechamel sauce. Season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Stir in a little parsley.
