Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 60 g pistachios
- 2 slice(s) of smoked pork, about 2.5 cm thick
- 2 tbsp honey (acacia)
- 300 g cheese (Gruyère Vieux Chaudron), sliced
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Raclette recipe
Roughly chop or grind the pistachios. Cut the smoked pork slices into even cubes, toss them in the honey, and then roll them in the pistachios. Place a slice of cheese in the raclette pan and one or two smoked pork cubes on top. They’re ready when the cheese has melted. It’s something different and sure to be a hit!
