Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g potatoes
- 1 small onion(s)
- 200 g sauerkraut
- ½ tsp oil
- 125 ml broth
- ¼ tsp marjoram, dried
- 1 bay leaf
- 100 jar apricot(s), reduced calorie
- 100 g smoked pork, boned
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the potatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Peel and chop the onion. Sauté with the sauerkraut in hot oil. Add the broth and herbs. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the apricots and meat, leaving no fat on them, and cook for about 10 minutes.
