Smoked salmon – cream cheese – cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g cream cheese (salmon flavor)
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 100 g cream
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes

Cream with smoked salmon and two types of cream cheese

Finely dice the onion. Cut the smoked salmon slices into very small pieces. Combine both with the cream cheese and salmon cream cheese in a bowl large enough to hold all the ingredients. Season with pepper and lemon juice to taste. Finally, add enough cream to create a firm, yet easy-to-stirr cream. Let the cream sit for at least an hour. It tastes delicious with baguette.
