Smoked salmon in puff pastry with horseradish and cranberries

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 packs of puff pastry, fresh
  • 2 packs of smoked salmon
  • 2 jars of cranberries
  • 2 jars of horseradish, depending on the desired spiciness
  • 2 bunch dill, finely chopped, alternatively frozen
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

super quick and super tasty!

Place a package of puff pastry on a baking sheet, spread with a jar of cranberries and a jar of horseradish. Scatter a bunch of finely chopped dill on top. Top with the salmon. Spread the second jar of horseradish and cranberries on top, along with the remaining dill. Cover with the second puff pastry. Whisk a little milk with the egg yolk and brush it over the puff pastry. Bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes. Best enjoyed lukewarm!
