Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack smoked salmon, 200 g
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 cup of cream
- 200 ml broth
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp oil
- dill
- salt and pepper
- 250g spaghetti
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Dice the onion and smoked salmon. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, then briefly heat the smoked salmon. Deglaze with stock and add the cream. Stir in the tomato paste and season with dill, salt, and pepper.
