Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 cup sweet cream or cream substitute
  • 1 pack of smoked salmon
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 3 spring onions
  • 1 pinch of ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch of chili powder, can also be omitted
  • 1 pinch of black pepper, ground
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 200 ml milk
  • ½ tsp broth, or 1/2 cube
  • 600 g tagliatelle, alternatively rice or spaghetti
