Smoked salmon toast with egg

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of toast
  • butter
  • 2 slices of fish (smoked salmon)
  • 2 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp chives – rolls
  • Salt
  • Black pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Boil the eggs until soft-boiled (about 4 minutes), then cool. Toast the slices of toast until light brown on both sides and brush with a little butter. Preheat a small Teflon frying pan and sear the smoked salmon for 30 seconds on one side. Do not flip! Place the salmon on the toast, spoon crème fraîche over it, and place the peeled, soft-boiled eggs on top. Garnish with chives and season with salt and pepper.
