Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 baguette roll
- 25 g cream cheese
- 80 g gravlax
- some butter
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 pinch of herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Cut the baguette open and spread with cream cheese. Top with the salmon slices. Heat a little butter in a small pan. Crack the egg and add it directly to the pan. Reduce the heat and let the egg set briefly. Whisk with a fork and fry lightly. Season with herb salt. Place the scrambled egg on the salmon baguette and enjoy. Ideal for breakfast or warm appetizers.
