Smoked Salmon with Jacket Potatoes and Horseradish Quark

The perfect smoked salmon with jacket potatoes and horseradish quark recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Jacket potatoes (here: 8)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Whole caraway seeds
  • 200 g Smoked salmon (here: 1 pack from ALDI North)
  • 100 g Quark lean
  • 25 g Cream horseradish (alternative: freshly grated horseradish)
  • 2 Mini tomatoes
  • 2 Stalk Parsley
  1. Wash the potatoes and cook them in salt water (1 teaspoon salt) with 2 cloves of garlic and 1 teaspoon caraway seeds for about 20 minutes, drain, let cool a little and peel off. Mix the quark with the cream horseradish. Place the smoked salmon rolled up with the jacket potatoes on 2 plates and serve garnished with mini tomatoes and parsley.
