Smoked salmon with sweet and spicy mustard sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp mustard, hot
  • 1 ½ tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 300 g smoked Scottish salmon
  • Baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Whisk all ingredients together and serve with the salmon slices. Garnish with dill sprigs and serve with baguette.
