Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 tbsp mustard, hot
- 1 ½ tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 bunch of dill
- 300 g smoked Scottish salmon
- Baguette(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Whisk all ingredients together and serve with the salmon slices. Garnish with dill sprigs and serve with baguette.
