Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp water, warm
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 16 chicken wings

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes

Mix a marinade from soy sauce to warm water and add finely chopped garlic and spices. Marinate the chicken wings, covered, for at least 12 hours. Place the wings on a baking sheet without the marinade in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) on the middle rack for 45 minutes. This makes excellent finger food that’s perfect for party buffets, both hot and cold.
