Smoked Trout Fillet with Lettuce and Crunchy Horseradish Bread
The perfect smoked trout fillet with lettuce and crunchy horseradish bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Salad dressing:
- 2 Handful Pick lettuce or similar
- 3 Discs Loaf
- Cream of horseradish
- Fresh chives rolls
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 small Diced onion
- 1 toe Chopped garlic
- 3 turns Pepper from the grinder
- 1 turn Freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Agave syrup or some sugar
- 1 Shot Lemon juice
- 1 Shot Worcester sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Oil
- Fillet trout or buy it ready-made! I had a very fresh, smoked, still lukewarm!
- Clean and wash the salad. Then lurch!
- Mix all ingredients for the salad dressing well and add the oil at the end, if necessary, season again!
- Halve the bread slices and toast them crispy in the toaster! Let cool and brush with cream horseradish! Sprinkle with fresh chives!
- Mix the salad in a bowl with the salad dressing and divide with the trout fillets and bread on two plates! Garnish with fresh chives if necessary!
