Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 trout fillet(s), smoked, shredded or cut into pieces
- 1 apple, red, sweet, cut into pieces
- 1 stalk(s) Celery , cut into pieces
- 1 onion(s) (spring onion), diced
- 1 green salad of your choice
- 125 ml yogurt
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- some olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 small bunch of chives, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Trim and wash the lettuce, and arrange it in two deep bowls, seasoning it lightly with salt. Sprinkle the diced onion, celery, and apple pieces over the salad. Finally, top with the smoked trout fillet (shredded or sliced). Prepare the dressing and mix well (it’s best to shake it in a sealed jar) before swirling it over the salad. Tip: For variations, you can also add cucumber slices, radish slices, or carrot pieces to the salad, if desired.
