Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 40 g cornstarch or other food starch
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • e.g. cream, whipped
  • n. B. Fruits of your choice, cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

Stir the cornstarch and cocoa powder into about 1/3 of the cold milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil with the sugar. Add the smooth cocoa mass. Bring back to a boil, stirring constantly, and then simmer for about 1 minute. Pour the pudding mixture into the dish, rinsed with cold water. Once cooled, refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving. Decorate with cream and fruit as desired. Tip: Stir in 1 tablespoon of rum raisins after cooking.
