Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large banana(s), ripe
- 100 g blueberries
- 150 g natural yoghurt, probiotic
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds, roasted without fat
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, roasted without fat

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Start the day fit
Chop the banana and puree it with the yogurt. Then carefully fold in the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and blueberries.
