Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g coconut yoghurt (yoghurt alternative)
- 2 tbsp muesli, if desired, possibly sugar-free
- 8 strawberries
- possibly sugar substitute, e.g. stevia, erythritol
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Pour the coconut yogurt into a bowl and mix with a little sweetener, if desired. Sprinkle the muesli on top. Wash the strawberries, remove the green parts, and chop them. Add them to the muesli and mix everything together.
