Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g smoked trout fillet(s)
- 2 large apples
- 1 large onion(s), cut into strips
- 2 tbsp almond flakes, roasted without fat
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp liquid broth
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp, heaped curry
- 1 garlic clove(s), squeezed
- 1 tsp honey
- ½ small chili pepper(s), finely chopped
- n. B. Salt and pepper from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

For the dressing, whisk all ingredients well. Cut the unpeeled apples into eighths, core them, and slice them. Immediately add them to the dressing and mix. Add the onion strips and arrange the salad on two plates. Sprinkle the flaked almonds over the salad and arrange the trout fillets on top. Tip: This salad also goes well with smoked salmon or other smoked fish.
