Aperitif finger food

Cut the ham crosswise into three pieces. Halve the unpeeled cucumber and remove the seeds. Then cut into 1.5-2 cm thick sticks, about as long as the ham strips are wide. Mix the cream cheese with the mustard and horseradish, adding a little cream if desired. It should form a creamy mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the chives and wild garlic with the cream cheese and horseradish mixture and spread the cream on the ham. Place the cucumber sticks on top and roll up the ham. Secure with a toothpick or skewer and place all the rolls on a platter. Tip: Leave out the wild garlic out of season and press some garlic into the mixture instead.
