Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g smoked trout fillet(s)
- 2 small apples
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 tsp, heaped horseradish, freshly grated
- 2 tbsp walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar, cloudy
- 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp curry powder
- n. B. Pepper, from the mill
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

In a bowl, mix all the dressing ingredients thoroughly. Cut the unpeeled apple into sixths, slice them thinly, and immediately add them to the dressing. Finely slice the onion and add it to the apples. Mix everything well and serve on two plates. Cut the trout fillets into large pieces and place them on top of the apple salad. Sprinkle with horseradish and scatter the walnuts on top.
