Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g sour cream or crème fraîche
- 150 g cream cheese
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp, heaped curry powder
- 50 g wild garlic
- n. B. Pepper, from the mill
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes
Dip for meat and/or boiled potatoes
Chop the wild garlic, but do not puree it. Heat the milk with the curry powder in a small pan; do not boil until the curry has dissolved. Let cool. Whisk the sour cream and quark until creamy, then whisk the curry milk into the cream and quark mixture. Whisk in the wild garlic and season the dip with salt and pepper.
