Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 pineapple
  • Lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 6 bananas

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Peel the pineapple and banana and chop them slightly. Then puree them in a blender and add the previously squeezed lime juice and honey, a little at a time. Tip: Roll the lime back and forth across the table beforehand, applying a little pressure, to get more juice.
