Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 handfuls of mixed berries, frozen
  • 1 half banana(s), very ripe
  • 1 watermelon(s), depending on the season, coconut water or mineral water
  • 1 tbsp, heaped nuts
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • some coconut flakes
  • Cinnamon
  • chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

simple, healthy, quick to make

Blend the fruits with watermelon, coconut water, or mineral water until creamy. Add the chia seeds and stir. Let them sit for 5-10 minutes. Pour into a bowl. Toast the nuts, if desired, and sprinkle them on top. Serve garnished with coconut flakes, cinnamon, or chocolate sprinkles. Tip: If using fresh berries, freeze the banana first. This gives a great consistency and is refreshing in the summer.
