Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 ml peppermint tea
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp, saturates xylitol (sugar substitute)
- 1 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 small pear(s), ripe

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Boil the peppermint tea and let it cool. Then stir in the chia seeds and sugar. Let it stand for 10 minutes, then add the oats and stir. In the meantime, peel the pear, cut it into small pieces, and stir it in. Let it stand for another 5 minutes. It can also be prepared the night before for a quick breakfast. If you have some and want to, you can also add 2-3 fresh mint leaves.
