Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 prickly pear(s), ripe
  • 3 bunches of currants, red
  • 4 tbsp, heaped natural yogurt
  • 100 ml milk
  • Sugar or sugar substitute, optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

ideal for a high-performance blender

Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Halve the prickly pear lengthwise and scoop out the flesh with a spoon, just like a kiwi. Wash the currants and remove the berries from the stems with a fork. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for about 2 minutes. The prickly pear seeds will probably not be completely ground, so you’ll probably notice some of the seeds. Sugar isn’t really necessary.
