Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g of wild fruits, e.g. strawberries, red or black currants, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries
- e.g. agave syrup
- ½ lemon(s), squeezed
- e.g. oat flakes
- 150 ml grape juice
- 100 g grapes, green, seedless
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 kiwi(s)
- 100 ml grape juice
- 1 mango(s)
- 1 banana(s)
- 50 g natural yogurt, soy or whole milk
- ½ lemon(s), squeezed
- 200 ml pineapple juice
- 200 g strawberries
- 80 ml coconut milk
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 250 ml pineapple juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place each fruit in a blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a blender, a hand blender also works well. Tip: Smoothies taste best when they’re nice and cold. Chilled juices and fruits are best used, or even frozen fruit, such as frozen wild berries.
