  • 150 g of wild fruits, e.g. strawberries, red or black currants, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries
  • e.g. agave syrup
  • ½ lemon(s), squeezed
  • e.g. oat flakes
  • 150 ml grape juice
  • 100 g grapes, green, seedless
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 kiwi(s)
  • 100 ml grape juice
  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 50 g natural yogurt, soy or whole milk
  • ½ lemon(s), squeezed
  • 200 ml pineapple juice
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 80 ml coconut milk
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 250 ml pineapple juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place each fruit in a blender and blend until smooth. If you don’t have a blender, a hand blender also works well. Tip: Smoothies taste best when they’re nice and cold. Chilled juices and fruits are best used, or even frozen fruit, such as frozen wild berries.
