Pizza with tuna base and variable toppings

First, place the tuna in a sieve over a bowl, tearing it apart a bit as you go, and let it drain. Whisk two eggs in a bowl, add the drained tuna, mix everything with a fork, and then knead with your hands. Lightly oil a pizza pan and line the bottom with baking paper. Alternatively, you can use a regular baking sheet. Spread the egg and tuna mixture evenly on the pan and press it down with a spoon to form a pizza base about 1⁄2 centimeter thick. Bake the base at 180°C (160°C fan oven) for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime, chop the cooked ham. Spread about 1.5 heaped teaspoons of tomato paste evenly onto the baked base. Arrange the cooked ham on top. Sprinkle everything with pepper, salt, and plenty of pizza seasoning, or oregano, and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Place the egg in the center. Bake the pizza at the same temperature for another 15 – 20 minutes.
