Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 g wheat flour
  • 375 g rye flour
  • 2 packets of yeast
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ liter buttermilk
  • 250 g curd cheese, 20%
  • 1 tbsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Make a yeast dough from all ingredients, form it into a ball, and let it rise for about 1 hour. Then shape the dough into a loaf and bake it on a greased baking sheet at 200 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes.
