Snack for Easter Champagne Reception
The perfect snack for easter champagne reception recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Packg. Whole grain crackers
- 2 Glasses of trout caviar
- 1 bunch Chopped parsley until smooth
- 1 glass Cream of horseradish
- 1 a cup Sour cream
- Black pepper from the mill
- 200 g Olives stuffed with almonds
Preparations
- Chill sparkling wine or Prosecco, fill juices into glass carafes and chill too. All glasses polished ?? Napkins prepared ??
Prepare Easter snacks
- Mix the sour cream and the cream horseradish together in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Put the olives in small bowls. Spread the crackers on plates or platters. Spread the horseradish sour cream mixture on the crackers with a small spoon, then add some trout caviar on top and sprinkle everything with the parsley. Pepper lightly with pepper from the mill.
