Saving tip
Make a yeast dough from the listed ingredients. Let it rise in a covered mixing bowl for about 30 minutes. Roll out the yeast dough into a rectangle approximately 35 x 25 cm. Brush the dough sheet with melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture and the raisins. Roll out the dough and cut into 3 cm wide slices. Let it rise on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes, brush with egg yolk, and bake in a preheated oven on the middle rack at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25 minutes. Mix the powdered sugar and water. After baking, spread it on the still-hot snail pasta. They can also be baked in advance and frozen. Simply defrost in the microwave at about 180 watts for about 2 minutes; they taste just like freshly baked.
