Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g butter, soft
  • 180 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 330 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder or 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon powder

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Cookies with cinnamon sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cream the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the vanilla and eggs and beat until fluffy. Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder and briefly stir into the butter mixture. In a shallow dish, combine the sugar and cinnamon. Form the dough into balls (about 1/2 tbsp each) and roll them in the cinnamon sugar. Place the balls on the baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake the cookies at 180°C for 7-8 minutes (depending on the size of the cookies). This dough will make 3-4 baking sheets.
