Snow Peas, Almond and Peanut Pesto

The perfect snow peas, almond and peanut pesto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Sugar snap
  • 50 g Roasted and salted peanuts
  • 50 g Whole almond kernels
  • 10 tbsp Olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 4 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 4 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  1. Clean / unthread the snow peas and cut into small pieces. Put all ingredients () in a blender jar and mix / puree well. Pour into a container and place in the refrigerator. Can be kept for several days.
