Snow White Cream

The perfect snow white cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 100 g Walnut kernels, chopped
  • 1 kg Greek yogurt
  • 1 bunch Dill, chopped
  • Salt pepper
  • 3 tbsp Walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey-Ginger vinegar
  1. Rinse the cucumbers with hot water, rub dry, cut in half and grate. Sprinkle the grated cucumber with a little salt and let the water steep.
  2. Chop the walnut kernels.
  3. Pull the yoghurt together with the vinegar and olive oil until smooth.
  4. Squeeze out the grated cucumber and fold into the yogurt with the chopped walnuts and chopped dill. Season the whole thing with salt and pepper.
  5. Let the Snow White cream infuse in the refrigerator overnight.
