Snow White Cream
The perfect snow white cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 Cucumbers
- 100 g Walnut kernels, chopped
- 1 kg Greek yogurt
- 1 bunch Dill, chopped
- Salt pepper
- 3 tbsp Walnut oil
- 1 tbsp Honey-Ginger vinegar
- Rinse the cucumbers with hot water, rub dry, cut in half and grate. Sprinkle the grated cucumber with a little salt and let the water steep.
- Chop the walnut kernels.
- Pull the yoghurt together with the vinegar and olive oil until smooth.
- Squeeze out the grated cucumber and fold into the yogurt with the chopped walnuts and chopped dill. Season the whole thing with salt and pepper.
- Let the Snow White cream infuse in the refrigerator overnight.
