Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200g sour cream
- 300 cream cheese
- 1 tbsp, heaped mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp, heaped garlic powder or a small fresh garlic clove

vegetarian, easy and quick
For the cream, put the sour cream and cream cheese in a suitable bowl and mix together. If using fresh garlic, peel and finely chop the clove, and add it to the bowl. Finally, add the spices, mustard, and mayo and mix everything well again. If you want the cream to be a little thinner, just add a little more water. The dip is ready. We like to serve it with oven-baked vegetables, but it’s also great with grilled dishes or as a simple dip for chips or vegetable sticks. Another tip: the cream tastes best the next day, when the garlic has been well infused.
